DTRAS ONE is operated by DTRAS-G Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("DTRAS", "we", "us"). We provide medical and scientific writing, editing, formatting and submission-coordination services to researchers, clinicians and institutions.

Our services are delivered by human subject-matter experts. We do not use artificial intelligence to author or peer-review your manuscript; the platform is our operations and coordination layer.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be authorised to submit any material you upload, and you confirm that you hold the necessary rights, ethics approvals and consents for the research you share with us.

We provide language, structural, statistical-presentation and formatting support to help you communicate your own research. The intellectual content, data and findings remain yours.

We follow recognised publication standards including ICMJE, CONSORT, PRISMA and COPE. We will not fabricate data, guarantee acceptance by any journal, engage in gift or ghost authorship that violates journal policy, or otherwise support research misconduct.

Authorship of the final manuscript rests with you and your named co-authors. Any editorial assistance we provide should be disclosed to the journal where its policies require it.

Each project is created as a ticket with a defined scope, price and estimated delivery window. Delivery timelines assume you provide the required inputs promptly.

When we request a document or clarification from you, the delivery clock for that project pauses until you respond. Revisions are provided within the number of rounds stated for your service.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the service catalogue and are payable in advance via the direct-UPI details displayed at checkout. After paying, you submit your payment reference (UTR) and our team verifies it manually before work begins.

We do not store your bank or card details. Applicable taxes are handled in accordance with law.

You agree to provide truthful information, hold the rights to all material you submit, obtain all required ethics and institutional approvals, and comply with the authorship and disclosure policies of your target journal.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach its security, or use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

We treat your manuscripts, data and communications as confidential and share them only with the team members working on your project.

You retain ownership of your research and of the final deliverables once payment is complete. The DTRAS ONE platform, its software and its branding remain our property.

Our services are provided on a best-effort professional basis. We do not warrant that any manuscript will be accepted for publication, as editorial decisions rest solely with journals and their reviewers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in misconduct, or misuse the platform. You may stop using the service at any time; the Refund & Cancellation Policy governs any amounts due.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
